Activation & License

When you activate the Smart Request System – Customer Requests & Business Availability plugin, a new menu called “Smart Request System” will instantly appear in your WordPress admin panel.

    Step 1: Access Plugin Features

    • Once the license is activated, all plugin features will be unlocked and accessible from the dashboard.
    • Navigate through the plugin menu to explore the available features:
      • Status Plugin – View plugin status and system information.
      • Settings – Configure plugin behavior and request forms.
      • Text Customizer – Customize labels and messages in forms.
      • Advanced Settings – Extra plugin options and integrations.
      • Requests Logs – Access logs of submitted requests.
      • Email Templates – Manage request notification emails.
      • SMS Templates – Manage SMS notifications if enabled.

    Notes

    • The plugin automatically updates the dashboard to display all features as long as the required dependencies (Directorist and FormGent) are active.
